Article 10 of TSG D0001-2009 states that \"when directly adopting international standards or foreign standards, they shall first be converted into enterprise standards or project specifications.\" For GC1-grade pipelines, it is also necessary to file a record with the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine.
