For the flanges at the openings of pressure vessels, American standards should be used; can national standards be used for manhole flanges?

There is a project that uses pressure vessels, designed in accordance with GB150 standards. The drawings provided by the supplier show that the pipe flanges are of the American standard class series, as per our requirements, while the manholes are designed according to European standard PN. Is there any problem with this design? It seems that the supplier did this in order to save costs. I need a solution, thank you.
Calculations must be performed using both GB and ASME code requirements, and approval must be obtained. Current HG flanges are compatible with ASME flanges; HG flanges can be used as a reference
Sure. The manhole itself does not need to be connected to external pipes. It has no impact.
