The reaction vessel uses only an external jacket for heat exchange; it is first heated to 200 degrees using steam, and then cooled to room temperature with cooling water. This often results in leaks in the valves. Dear experts, how can this problem be resolved without changing the configuration of the reaction vessel?

Frequent heating and cooling can cause internal leakage in valves. 1 If the valve’s switching components are worn out, upgrade its sealing material to cemented carbide. 2 If the valve isn’t properly sealed due to human error, make sure to eat more. 3 If the valve cannot ensure automatic shutdown, then add another valve, one for automatic operation and one for manual operation.
