There should be a difference between anti-corrosion measures applied at the installation site and those applied to the equipment parts before they leave the factory. If the anti-corrosion measures can be repaired after installation, they can be improved at that time; however, there are some anti-corrosion measures that cannot be repaired, and strict controls must be applied during installation, such as measures to prevent damage during lifting.
The coating has poor adhesion; it is suspected that the resin content in the paint does not meet the required standards; Proper protection of the finished product was not ensured; it should be allowed to dry completely after anti-corrosion treatment, but it seems to not have dried properly due to insufficient time
The rust removal level before painting was not up to standard, the drying time after painting was insufficient, and the thickness of the paint coat was inadequate.
The first image shows that the paint was used before it had cured; it’s possible that no curing agent was used, or the wrong curing agent was used! ! ! The second drawing does not provide proper protection for the finished product
How can one tell that the rust removal level does not meet the standards? What rust removal grade should be achieved? How is the paint film thickness measured?
