Selection of material for 22MPA hydrogen pipelines

In the project, there is a hydrogen pipeline with a design pressure of 22 MPa; I’m not sure which pipeline standard should be used The maximum pressure test pressure in GB6479 and GB9948 is 20 MPa.
It is also allowed for the working pressure to be higher than the maximum test pressure at the time of manufacture of the steel pipe. Ultimately, stress verification is carried out based on the actually selected wall thickness, design temperature, test pressure at design pressure, and material yield value.
May I ask how it was resolved in the end? Was it designed by referring to existing standards and actual conditions?
With such high pressure, what sealing material should you use?
