How to prevent corrosion of valve sealing surfaces
It still needs to be addressed by selecting the right valve; just looking at the corrosion of the sealing surface isn’t enough
RJ connectors already have metal seals; the most common stainless steels used are either 304 or 316. One could try welding stainless steel onto the RJ groove to provide corrosion protection
Just make the request to the manufacturer, and they’ll resolve it for you
It should be external corrosion; apply anti-corrosion paint, spray coating, or apply butter. It mainly depends on the operating temperature and whether it is exposed to the elements all year round.
If the part in contact with the fluid is corroded, then it is necessary to consider the issue from a corrosion perspective, such as by upgrading the material.
Replace with an RF surface or FM surface of the same grade
When selecting a material, the properties of the medium should be taken into account; materials that can resist corrosion by the medium should be chosen
It is recommended to change the material based on the medium
