So what preparations are necessary before installing a flat gate valve? Before installation: a. Clean all parts thoroughly and remove any grease from them. The parts should be dried one by one using non-woven fabric, ensuring that no fibers remain on the surface; alternatively, clean nitrogen can be used for drying. 5. Analytically pure alcohol should be applied using non-woven fabric or precision filter paper to wipe each part until no stains remain. b. Assembly requirements: 1. The assembly area must be kept clean, or a temporary clean zone should be created to prevent dust from entering during assembly. 2. Assembly tools must be degreased before use to ensure they are clean. c. Other requirements: 1. After passing the airtightness test, seal it with a clean polyethylene cap; before use, soak it in an organic solvent and wipe it clean. 2. The assembled valve must be purged with nitrogen for at least 1 minute. 3. The airtightness test must be conducted using pure nitrogen. 4. It is necessary to seal it with a vacuum bag. Therefore, before installing the check valve, it is necessary for students to carry out these preparatory tasks, so as to ensure that the valve can truly play its important role.
