317L stainless steel seamless tube: The material is also known as TP347L, SUS317L, S31703, UNS S31726, 022Cr19Ni13Mo3, 1.4438. Chemical composition: Elements – C, Si, Mn, Cr, Ni, S, P, Mo; contents: ≤0.035, ≤1.00, ≤2.00, 18.00–20.00, 11.00–15.00, ≤0.030, ≤0.045, 3.00–4.00. Mechanical properties: Tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, hardness – ≥480, ≥175, ≥35 HV, ≤200. Product characteristics: 317L stainless steel tube is a grade of stainless steel produced in accordance with the American ASTM standards; it belongs to the category of heat-resistant steels. It belongs to ultra-low carbon stainless steel due to its low carbon content. Compared to conventional chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steels such as the 304 alloy, it possesses greater resistance to chemical corrosion. Furthermore, compared to conventional stainless steel, the 317L alloy possesses higher ductility, stress corrosion resistance, compressive strength, and high-temperature resistance. It is of the low-carbon grade or L grade, which possesses resistance to sensitization during welding and heat treatment processes. In application areas, 317L stainless steel seamless tubes exhibit better resistance to seawater and SCC compared to 316L; they are used in chemical ships, chemical product reactors, and other chemical equipment that requires high corrosion resistance. Production process: cold drawing/cold rolling. Product shapes: round tubes, square tubes, rectangular tubes, etc
