If threaded connections are to be used for galvanized steel pipes, is it necessary to purchase those with an I-series outer diameter in order to use GB3287 threaded fittings and HG20592 threaded flanges? If, by mistake, a pipe with an outer diameter corresponding to the II series is purchased, can it still be used? Can GB3287 standards be applied to produce threads with the outer diameter of the II series? Or can pipes with an II-series outer diameter have G-series threads processed on them? There are only two types of pipes: 32X3.0 and 45X3.0
Buy another threaded pipe fitting and weld it on
If welding isn’t an option, are there any other pipe fittings that can be used to solve this problem? If galvanized steel pipes are welded, won’t the coating get damaged?
Find a supplier to process the return, obtain compensation, and place a new order
How many joints will need to be welded in this way, resulting in higher costs
