Selection of length for butt-welded loose-flange, fully threaded studs

For butt-welded loose-flange connections, the selection of the length of fully threaded studs is not specified in HG20592-2009; how should it be determined?
The specifications for the double-ended studs of plate-type butt-weld flanges can be determined in accordance with HG/T 20592-2009, as 2 times the thickness of the butt-weld ring
(Flange thickness + ring thickness) * 2 + gasket thickness (3–5 mm) + thickness of the two nuts + 20 mm = total length, which is approximately 10 mm longer than that of a butt-welded flange
It should be about 10 mm longer than the length of the convex flange. Just checked the US standard section
