The desulfurization system particle adhesives include a brush-on anti-corrosion coating using ultra-fine alumina ceramic powder as the aggregate, a fine-particle protective agent using small alumina ceramic balls as the aggregate, a silicon carbide repair material using fine-particle silicon carbide ceramics as the aggregate, and a high-temperature anti-corrosion coating designed for use at high temperatures. There are also accompanying corrosion-resistant coatings and high-temperature corrosion-resistant coatings that serve as primers. Generally, the temperature in the flue ducts used for desulfurization is high, and they are subject to corrosion and wear caused by flue gases and particles over time. Therefore, a high-temperature corrosion-resistant coating is typically used as an undercoat, with a 3 mm thick high-temperature anti-corrosion coating or high-temperature repair material applied on the surface. Anti-corrosion coatings of the brushing type are applied to the surfaces of the demisters and exhaust flues. Corrosion-resistant coatings are used as the primer for absorption towers, desulfurization pipelines, and purification flues, with small particles of silicon carbide repair agent applied to the surface as a protective layer. For slurry circulation pumps and lime slurry pumps, a brush-on anti-corrosion coating is generally used as the base coat; silicon carbide repair material is used as the intermediate layer, while another brush-on anti-corrosion coating is applied on the surface as the top coat to improve smoothness and reduce fluid resistance.
