For small-diameter valves, even though they come equipped with handles that aren’t used, using an F wrench to secure them might not be enough; adding a sleeve and a lever might still not suffice either – in that case, just kick them a few times, haha! To be honest, have you done this before?
The handwheels of small-diameter valves are usually very small, and since they aren’t opened and closed frequently, a lever is sometimes necessary; otherwise, it’s really impossible to open them
