Inlet flow velocity of the vacuum tube to the atmosphere?

There is an existing DN300 pipeline with a pressure of -300 Pa (gauge pressure), and the material flowing within it are solid particles. I want to create a DN100 opening in the pipeline to allow air to enter; what should be the flow rate of the air at the inlet? Will it blow away the solid particles?
If a DN100 hole is created, can a pressure of -300 PaG still be maintained? ?
It’s not very realistic; maybe check it in a simulation software first
