It depends on how much you’re willing to spend and whether it’s inside the cabinet or elsewhere; if it’s fine, use a conversion module that converts 380VAC to 24VDC. If you want something cheaper, use a single-phase 380V supply along with a module that converts 220VAC to 24VDC
If you only need 24V, does the 380V input require a neutral wire? If there is a neutral wire, take one phase together with the neutral wire; this will give 220V. A switching power supply will suffice, and it also depends on your capacity requirements ; Another option is a dedicated control transformer, which is not large in size; it can convert voltage from 380V to 220V or 24V. Simply put: Take one phase from a 380V three-phase power supply and connect it to a circuit breaker. Get a 220V circuit breaker, and then buy a converter that turns 220V into 24V; it costs just a few dozen yuan. More complex case: Power conversion modules that convert 380V directly to 24V are relatively expensive. Around 400 yuan. I still think something simpler is more appropriate.
