1. Parameters: 1) Model: |TG-650-650-90 YB/T176| 2) Inner diameter: 610mm. 2. Technical requirements: 1) Steel pipes with dimensions of 610*20mm and a length of 30mm shall be used at both ends of the straight pipe (with welding notches). 2) The inner diameter of the ceramic elbow pipe is Φ610mm; the material used is Q235 seamless steel pipe with a thickness of 10mm. It is lined with wear-resistant ceramic tiles, which have a thickness of 10mm. 3) The trapezoidal angle of each ceramic tile inside the ceramic-resistant elbow pipeline is designed based on the diameter of the straight pipe; the ceramic tiles are closely fitted to each other, creating a 360° mechanical self-locking effect. Additionally, a welding process is used – spot welding is employed to firmly attach the ceramics to the inner wall of the steel pipe, and ceramic caps are then screwed on to protect the weld points, thereby preventing the ceramic tiles from coming loose. 4) The ceramic tiles inside the ceramic elbow pipes have a smooth surface, with seamless transitions; there is no peeling or cracking. The gap between individual ceramic tiles is 0.4mm–0.6mm, while the gap between adjacent tiles is less than 1mm. The gaps between the ceramic tiles are filled with wear-resistant adhesive and smoothed out, and the height difference between adjacent tiles should not exceed 0.5mm. 5) Ceramic technical parameters: alumina content ≥90%, density ≥3.6 g/cm3, Rockwell hardness ≥85 HRA, compressive strength ≥850 Mpa, flexural strength ≥290 MPa. 6) The outer surface of the ceramic elbow pipe should be smooth and even, free from burrs, porosity, air bubbles, rough edges, sand adhesion, excess material or missing material, as well as cracks. 7) The roundness D0/S of the ceramic elbow joint shall be ≤ 4.5%. 8) Ceramic elbows have a service life of more than 5 years in an environment ranging from -20°C to 300°C.
The full name is ceramic-lined composite steel pipe. Composite pipes take full advantage of the high strength, good toughness, impact resistance, and excellent weldability of steel pipes, as well as the high hardness, superior wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and heat resistance of corundum ceramics, thereby overcoming the shortcomings of steel pipes such as low hardness and poor wear resistance, as well as the poor toughness of ceramics. Therefore, composite pipes possess excellent comprehensive properties such as wear resistance, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, resistance to mechanical and thermal shocks, as well as good weldability. It is an ideal wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant pipeline for transporting granular materials, for grinding, and with corrosive media.
How to determine the angle of a ceramic wear-resistant elbow? In pipeline systems, wear-resistant elbows are fittings used to change the direction of the pipeline. In terms of angle, the four most commonly used values are 15°, 30°, 45°, and 90°; in addition, depending on engineering requirements, the bending radius of the elbow is also considered.
Structural form of wear-resistant elbow: Wear-resistant elbow type – interlocked ceramic patches to prevent detachment. The inner insert is made of wear-resistant ceramic, while the outer tube is a welded steel tube made of Q235A material. Refer to the \"Typical Design Manual for Components of Flue Gas, Wind, and Coal Powder Pipelines\" D-LD2000-16201~16290. The interpressure welding-reinforced ceramic patch composite wear-resistant elbow is a product developed by our company specifically to address the abrasion problem in the pipelines of coal powder preparation and transportation systems in coal-fired power plants; it serves as a solution in the field of engineering wear resistance.
