Connection of HPDE pipes and valves

HDPE double-walled pipes are used for reclaimed water recycling. Now, I want to draw water out from this system; after connecting the two ends with a tee, I would like to install a valve on the branch pipe, but I’m not sure about how to do that. The medium inside the pipe is reclaimed water, with a pressure of 0.4 MPa and a temperature at room level. I would appreciate some guidance from experts
Can HDPE double-wall corrugated pipes withstand a pressure of 0.4 Mpa? Generally, such pipes come with pre-formed fittings; one just needs to buy a tee and a valve, and they are usually connected by heat welding or adhesive
