What flocculants are used in the membrane filtration process for brine?

As we all know, ferric ions can cause poisoning of the chelating resin in the secondary brine. So, when using the KMS process for the primary brine, what flocculants are used? Please, experts, share your respective situations.
I wonder if organic polymer flocculants are suitable
Organic polymers are fatal to membranes; they clog them to the point where backwashing becomes ineffective. It is worth considering switching to other, more advanced processes currently available; the conversion costs can be recouped within 1–2 years
Could you give an introduction to the newly upgraded process building? lol
