Hydrochloric acid production is a well-established process; normal production involves three stages of absorption, and the exhaust gas emitted should meet the required standards. The production situation reported by the poster needs to be analyzed from three aspects: 1. Has this condition always been like this, or has it only appeared recently? If this continues, it is necessary to consider whether there are defects in the original design; if it has only started happening recently, it is necessary to determine whether external operating conditions have changed Is it still a fault in the absorption system? 2. If there is a malfunction in the absorption system, it is necessary to further determine which stage of absorption is problematic and take appropriate measures accordingly ; 3.
