Defoaming at high temperatures during saltwater evaporation

Our company has a set of calcium chloride evaporation equipment; foaming tends to occur when the evaporation concentration is high, and there is a small amount of organic matter present. I would appreciate advice on how to eliminate this foaming It seems that the defoamer isn’t very useful; it has been tested.
This must be a salt and calcium co-production system, right? For defoamers, it is necessary to choose the appropriate ones that are resistant to high temperatures. If no suitable solution is available for the time being, foam can be eliminated by spraying liquid from the top of the evaporation tank; soybean oil can also be used for this purpose
Both the diameter and height of the evaporation chamber need to be increased in size in order to control the evaporation rate per unit area. Would this be better? Defoamers are also important; due to different impurities, defoamers should be used selectively.
