The composition of the automatic ignition system includes: an ignition gun made of high-temperature and corrosion-resistant composite materials, a high-temperature and corrosion-resistant temperature sensor, an ignition generator, a flame detector, an on-site ignition explosion-proof control box, an ignition gas supply control valve, a pressure reducing valve, a flame arrester, and various installation accessories such as PFA gas supply pipes. System ignition: When the conditions for ignition are met, after the DCS issues an ignition command, the ignition button on the field control box is activated (or the DCS activates the ignition button directly); the PLC then automatically initiates the ignition procedure to light the ignition gun.
