I’m not in the chlor-alkali industry, but waste alkali solution concentration is related to this sector; I would appreciate some guidance from experts in this field. The issue is as follows: the concentration of the spent alkali solution varies – there are two levels: A: 5%~10%, and B: 25%~30%. If this solution is to be concentrated to 40%~50%, some crystals of sodium chloride or sodium carbonate may form during the process. What kind of evaporation process and equipment would be suitable in such cases? What is the steam consumption per ton of alkali recovered? Which companies can be recommended for domestic complete sets of equipment? Are there any used devices for sale?
