If designed as a pressure pipeline, is it necessary to undergo notification, supervision, registration, record-keeping, and inspection in accordance with the regulations for pressure pipelines?
What about the specific medium? If it is toxic, corrosive, and a pressure pipeline. Pressure pipelines refer to tubular devices that use a certain pressure to transport gases or liquids. They are defined as those with a maximum operating pressure of 0.1 MPa (gauge pressure) or more, where the medium is a gas, liquefied gas, steam, or a liquid that is flammable, explosive, toxic, corrosive, and has a maximum operating temperature equal to or higher than its standard boiling point; furthermore, such pipelines have a nominal diameter of 50 mm or more. Among them, the safety supervision and management of oil and gas pipelines shall also be carried out in accordance with laws and regulations such as the Work Safety Law and the Oil and Gas Pipeline Protection Law.

I would like to ask fellow users: For a saltwater pipeline with a diameter greater than 80 mm, an operating pressure of 0.3 MPa, and an operating temperature of around 90°C, where the medium is sodium chloride that is corrosive to equipment and pipelines, should it be classified as a pressure pipeline?
Sodium chloride solution in medium is corrosive to equipment pipes. . . How should this corrosiveness be understood? Is the corrosion of stainless steel by chloride ions considered corrosion? Is it only corrosivity, like that of acids and bases, that counts as corrosion?
GBT 20801-2006 specifies in A2.3 Corrosivity that corrosive fluids in pressure pipelines refer to those that cause visible necrosis upon contact with the skin within 4 hours, or those that have a corrosion rate of more than 6.25 mm/year for 20 steel at 55°C.
