Regarding the issues of specific consumption of soda ash and energy consumption

I’d like to ask all the experts here: could you please share how much raw materials and energy are consumed in producing one ton of soda ash at your plants? I’ve looked at some posts, and it seems that the consumption of ammonia varies quite significantly among different factories. I hope everyone will not hesitate to offer their advice! Thank you!
This post was last edited by mkp369 on January 26, 2013, at 10:51. Steam consumption at medium pressure is 1300 kg; at low pressure, it’s 1250 kg. Water consumption amounts to 0.8 m³, while electricity consumption is 180 kWh. The consumption of stone material is 1300 kg, while that of white coal is 88 kg. Salt consumption totals 1400 kg (obtained from desalination of seawater). Ammonia consumption is 3.0 kg (using the ammonia-soda process). These figures may vary slightly depending on the management level of each enterprise.
To the best of my knowledge, the current minimum steam consumption at medium pressure during calcination is now below 1,300 kg/t of soda ash.
