Help: Experts, could anyone tell me the method for detecting residual nitrogen trichloride in liquid chlorine vaporizers? We are a fine chemical company that produces pesticide intermediates through chlorination processes. Safety inspection experts have suggested that nitrogen trichloride levels need to be monitored regularly. Previously, we had third-party companies carry out these tests on a regular basis; now we are looking for the testing methods themselves. It’s not about detecting nitrogen trichloride in the finished liquid chlorine product, but rather in the residues remaining in the vaporizers.
Are there any specialized testing instruments? Please provide them.
