Seeking advice on the reasons for color change in high-purity acids

Dear experts: A fiberglass storage tank had its lining redone, using phenol-aldehyde epoxy vinyl 907 resin for that purpose. After two days of curing, high-purity hydrochloric acid (32% concentration) was introduced into the tank; the tank had been rinsed with water first. One day later, the hydrochloric acid took on a reddish-purple color. Could you all help analyze what might be causing this? Thank you!
The poster is suspicious about the phenolic epoxy vinyl 907 resin – is there a problem with the material? Under normal circumstances, it won’t happen.
Is there something wrong with the accelerators or curing agents, or did it not cure properly for some reason? I’m not sure what’s causing it
Is this jar still in use? Is this problem still existing?
Under renovation, new materials have been used :)
It’s normal for the color to change due to acids; phosphoric acid can cause this as well, and it has no impact on the product
Is there a leak in the lower head of the falling film absorber or in the PTFE-lined pipes? Has corrosion caused the iron ions to change color?
