Thank you; the reason has been mostly identified. It is mainly due to the high temperature of the hot water returning from the converter to the hot water tank, which causes severe vaporization of the hot water and results in significant fluctuations in the liquid level inside the hot water tank.
It is caused by steam pressure buildup. Take a look at the structure inside your hot water tank and the location where the level gauge is installed.
