How to address abnormal fluctuations in the fluoride level in the York chlorine liquefier

Dear sea friends: Our company has recently put into operation a York chlorine liquefier, and we have observed frequent abnormal fluctuations in the fluoride level of this liquefier. Each time such fluctuations occur, their amplitude varies; in some cases, this led to sequential shutdowns of the equipment. The timing of these fluctuations is also irregular. When we compared these abnormal fluctuations in the fluoride level with other surrounding parameters, we found no evidence suggesting that these fluctuations are related to any of those parameters. I would like to ask my colleagues whether they have also encountered the same phenomenon, and what is the cause of it? How to prevent this phenomenon? Thank you!
