How to choose non-metallic flange bolts and nuts

The sodium hypochlorite pipeline is made of non-metallic PVC/FRP material, and the flanges are also made of PVC/FRP material. I would like to choose hex head bolts of grade 8.8, but some people say that according to HG20613-2009 \"Fasteners for Steel Pipe Flanges\", double-headed studs should be used. However, HG20613-2009 \"Fasteners for Steel Pipe Flanges\" is explicitly intended for steel pipe flanges; are there any regulations regarding bolts and nuts used for flanges of non-metallic pipes such as sodium hypochlorite? Please, any further advice would be appreciated.
The tightening force of the two-headed version is definitely better, but either one can be used; if you don’t mind spending more money, go with the two-headed one
