If a crane pipe is used during the filling of liquid chlorine tank cars, please provide information on its usage as well as the manufacturer of the crane pipe.
Our unit uses flexible hoses; the use of metal hoses is prohibited.
We use Shuaibao’s fluid loading/unloading arms, and their performance is average; the sealing gaskets need to be replaced every 3 months, while the optional connectors for the hoses need to be replaced roughly every 1.5 years

According to 5.2.1 of GB11984-2008 \"Safety Regulations for Chlorine Gas\", the loading and unloading hoses used for filling must undergo a hydrostatic pressure test every six months, with records of the test results and signatures of the personnel who conducted the test. Article 180 of the \"Shandong Province Technical Specifications for Safe Production of Chlor-alkali Products (Trial Version)\” requires that unreliable connection methods such as hoses shall not be used to link tank trucks to filling facilities. According to the \"Technical Specifications for Safe Production of Chlor-alkali Products\", 6.6.1 states that when filling liquid chlorine tank cars, a metal universal piping filling system or a seamless steel pipe slip-on flange system should be used. Unreliable connection methods such as flexible hoses should not be used to fill tank trucks or cylinders. We used one from a company in Lianyungang
We use the one from Jiangsu Tianbang; there are occasional minor issues, but overall it’s good. It’s been 8 months now.
