Control of heavy alkali moisture (ammonia-alkali method) 1. Maintain the vacuum in the main pipe not less than -45Kpa and the blowing pressure greater than 40Kpa. 2. The carbonization crystallization time is required to be below 290s. 3. Balance the liquid levels of each alkali filter to ensure overflow operation. 4. Adjust the speed of the alkali filter machine. 5. Maintain the washing water temperature at 28~32°C and the appropriate amount of washing water. 6. Wash the car on time. 7. Stable dosage.
