On that day, the 90% model review for the EPC general contracting project of the 400,000-ton/year VCM plant in the chlor-alkali integration facility of the second phase of the relocation and transformation project for \"industrialization and informatization\" carried out by Tianjin Bohua Chemical Development Co., Ltd., a project undertaken by China Tianchen Engineering Co., Ltd., was successfully completed. During the review meeting, the designers of various pipeline sections addressed each of the comments raised regarding the 60% model, and provided a systematic explanation of the 3D model by referring to the process flow diagrams and layout plans, in line with the review standards for the 90% model. The successful completion of this model review marks that the project design work is about to enter the final sprint phase. The \"Integration of Industry and Information Technology\" relocation and transformation project carried out by Tianjin Bohua Chemical Development Co., Ltd. aims to build a modern, high-end petrochemical industry cluster, with a focus on developing the two major product chains of chlor-alkali chemicals and petrochemicals ; “The second phase of the \"Two Integration\" relocation and renovation project, namely the chlor-alkali integration facility, involves using existing land resources for construction: a 300,000-ton/year caustic soda plant and a 400,000-ton/year VCM plant will be built on Plot 2; a comprehensive laboratory building will be constructed on Plot 3; and a 400,000-ton/year PVC plant will be built on Plot 4. Utility and auxiliary facilities will be installed at each plot, with a total investment of over 5 billion yuan. The \"Integration of Industry and Information Technology\" relocation and renovation project of Tianjin Bohua Chemical Development Co., Ltd. was approved for implementation in 2016. The project involves the construction of a 600,000-ton/year caustic soda plant, an 800,000-ton/year vinyl chloride plant, an 800,000-ton/year polyvinyl chloride plant, a 100,000-ton/year hydrogen peroxide plant, a 300,000-ton/year polypropylene plant, a plant for producing propylene alongside styrene in amounts of 200,000 tons/year, an 1.8 million-ton/year methanol-to-olefins plant, as well as supporting utilities, storage areas for internal use and specialized purposes, docks, a 220KV power station, and a production management area. The total investment in the project is 29.4 billion yuan.
