Shandong: 1,000-ton/year heptafluorobromopropane project completed 2025-08-25 14:40:53 Recently, Shandong Haihua Group Co., Ltd. issued a notice announcing the completion of the environmental protection facilities for the industrial demonstration project related to the production of 1,000 tons/year of bromine-based intermediates at its bromine plant. The basic information of the project is as follows: Project name: Industrial demonstration project for the production of 1,000 tons per year of bromine-functional intermediates at the Bromine Plant of Shandong HuaHua Co., Ltd ； Construction unit: Shandong Haihua Co., Ltd ； Construction location: Weifang Binhai Green Chemical Park, Shandong Province ； Project nature: Renovation and expansion ； Construction content and scale: The project covers an area of 4,000 m², with new facilities such as storage sheds, production units, and tank areas to be built. Over 60 units of newly acquired towers, heat exchangers, containers, pumps, and related equipment. Upon completion, the project will have an annual production capacity of 1,000 tons of heptafluorobromopropane. The utility systems such as water, electricity, and steam required for this project are all based on the existing utility systems of the bromine plant ； Commissioning start and end dates: The project has been completed and the waste discharge permit has been obtained; operational commissioning is planned to be carried out. The debugging period is from August 4, 2025, to November 3, 2025.
