During operation, the chlorine gas temperature at the outlets of all devices was within the acceptable range (15–25 degrees Celsius), but the moisture content in the chlorine gas was still above the specified limit (greater than 100 ppm). What could be the cause of this? The process is: scrubber tower, titanium cooler (1 unit), water mist collector, packed tower, bubble column tower, acid trap.
Production capacity? Analysis method? Sulfuric acid consumption per unit (100% load)? Titanium cold outlet temperature? Dilute acid concentration? Wait
Is the water content in chlorine shown by online instruments, or is it data from analytical sampling? It’s very likely that the acid concentration is too low; increase the acid level
The indicators for each stage are unclear: whether it’s a superpower issue, whether there’s a problem with the tower, or issues related to deviation in flow, etc
