For the water content analyzer in chlorine, after it was put into use, the float flow meter for measuring perchlorine gradually started to drop, and it was necessary to adjust it regularly. The measured values ranged from a maximum of 75 ppm at noon to a minimum of 16 ppm in the morning. Does anyone have a good solution for this issue?
Check if the flow machine is clogged; open the valves at the front and back a bit more and observe. It’s normal for the value to increase at noon. It’s not a major problem, nor is it a gauge failure; the approach to finding a solution is a bit backwards – we should first identify the problem
