According to the latest customs statistics, in December 2025, China imported 25,000 tons of pure PVC powder, a 56.7% increase on a month-on-month basis and a 13.0% increase on an annual basis； China’s export of pure PVC powder amounted to 314,000 tons, representing a 14.1% increase on a month-on-month basis and a 35.0% increase on a year-on-year basis. From January to December, China imported a total of 227,000 tons of pure PVC powder, representing a 2.6% increase compared to the previous year ； China has exported a total of 3.823 million tons of PVC powder, representing a year-on-year increase of 46.1%. In December 2025, China’s imports of pure PVC powder mainly came from the United States, Japan, and China**, accounting for 69.6%, 16.3%, and 11.2% respectively ； China’s exports of pure PVC powder are mainly destined for India, Indonesia, and Uzbekistan, accounting for 29.5%, 6.6%, and 6.5% respectively. From January to December 2025, China’s imports of pure PVC powder mainly came from the United States, amounting to 140,000 tons, Japan, with 44,000 tons, and China itself, with 33,000 tons; the respective shares were 61.6%, 19.4%, and 14.5% ； China’s exports of pure PVC powder are primarily destined for India, at 1.514 million tons, Vietnam, at 236,000 tons, and Uzbekistan, at 171,000 tons; these countries account for 39.6%, 6.2%, and 4.5% of total exports respectively.
