I would like to ask the experts: Is there currently any ion-exchange membrane caustic soda process designed for the production of high-purity hydrochloric acid (36-38%)? What is the minimum production capacity of the device?
Generally, as a means to achieve chlorine balance, an HCL production unit is used to generate HCL; this HCL is absorbed by water to produce dilute acid. If a 37% concentrated acid is required, dehydration (through evaporation reduction or multi-effect processes) must be carried out~~~~~~
