Recently, Tianjin Dagu Chemical Co., Ltd. replaced the new insulation material for its high-pressure steam pipelines. This renovation uses new, high-efficiency insulation materials, which will effectively reduce energy losses during steam transmission and improve the safety level of pipeline operation. 　　It is reported that the new insulation material used in this replacement boasts excellent thermal insulation properties and a low thermal conductivity, which enables effective reduction of heat loss during steam transmission. This helps to extend the overall service life of the pipelines and insulation systems, thereby contributing to lower maintenance costs and ensuring the long-term safe and stable operation of the pipelines. During the work, the construction workers carefully removed the old insulation from the pipes, and thoroughly cleaned off any rust or debris. Meanwhile, the workers working on the ground cut and fitted together the new insulation materials according to the diameter and orientation of the pipes, ensuring a tight fit with no gaps.
