Problem of low total alkalinity in soda ash

After the caustic soda leaves the reverberatory furnace via the caustic screw conveyor and scraper, the total amount of caustic soda reaching the storage silo is low. It has been found that furnace gases get carried along with the scraper. What solutions are there for this problem?
First, raise the alkali discharge temperature to above 165 degrees. Second, increase the negative pressure at the furnace head to reduce the likelihood of positive pressure occurring. Third, install dust removal devices on the conveying equipment to extract the furnace gas with a relatively high moisture content from the light ash. Fourth, check whether any heavy alkali is leaking around the alkali feed screw of the calcination furnace. Fifth, check whether any heavy alkali has infiltrated into the sealing area at the furnace head.
