Help: In the process of producing sulfuric acid from high-concentration sulfur dioxide, what is the detailed process flow of the pre-conversion single-conversion single-absorption method? I’ve reviewed many documents, and it seems that the production of sulfuric acid generally involves two rotations and two absorptions, with sulfur dioxide concentrations not being very high. Now I have SO2 with a concentration of over 90%; if I want to produce sulfuric acid, a pre-conversion process followed by one rotation and one absorption should work, but I’m not entirely sure about the specific procedures. It appears that the desulfurization and acid production process used at Guodian Fuquan Power Plant in Guizhou is quite suitable, but I’m struggling to find any relevant reference materials! I’ve come here specifically to ask for help from all of you experts!

The 2x600 MW units at the Fuquan Power Plant of Guodian Duyun Power Generation Co., Ltd. use the organic amine method to recover SO2 from boiler flue gas, with 2x350 kt/a sulfuric acid plants built as supporting facilities. This acid production plant employs a one-turn one-suction process that uses high-concentration SO2 for acid production, pre-conversion, and low-temperature heat recovery.
