May people stand on large storage tanks designed for heat retention or insulation to carry out operations? Do you want to add an operation platform?
Normally, insulation materials are not meant to be stepped on; there should be an operating platform. But we failed to do that either.
The outermost layer of insulation is usually thin iron sheet; will stepping on it damage the insulation layer?
