As of December 5, the green upgrade project for the pretreatment unit of Anhui Liuguo Chemical Company’s phosphorus fertilizer production line, with an annual capacity of 1.5 million tons, has seen the construction of 305 pile foundations completed; the construction of the remaining 5 pile foundations is progressing as planned. The pretreatment units in LiuGuo Chemical’s existing phosphate fertilizer production lines lack a sorting system; as a result, they can only process high-grade phosphate ore. Additionally, there are issues such as difficulty in controlling the fineness of the ground material, which severely limits the utilization of low-grade phosphate ore. The modifications include implementing a closed-circuit reform for the grinding system, as well as adding a flotation system, a concentrate concentration system, a tailings dewatering system, and related auxiliary facilities for mineral processing. Upon completion of the renovation, this production line will not only overcome the limitations associated with processing high-grade phosphate ores but also enable the efficient processing of low-grade phosphate ores, further improving the company’s ability to make comprehensive use of resources and its production flexibility.
