Why aren’t the converters numbered in sequential order from top to bottom, 1234? Why is the sequence of some sulfuric acid converters from top to bottom 2431 or some other order? A few other types of heat exchangers are called heat-cold exchangers; some are also referred to as heat-heat exchangers
