Which process is the most cost-effective for concentrating 70% sulfuric acid to 90%, given that the impurity is activated carbon? Has anyone tried using electrolysis? Is it feasible? The quantity isn’t very large; it’s just 2 tons of sulfuric acid. How is it best to handle activated carbon that also contains a small amount of sulfuric acid? Can we buy some lime to neutralize it and then dispose of it? Will environmental protection pass?

But if the amount is 2 tons per hour, it’s better to concentrate the acid for reuse – there are still people who want 70% concentration with a good color. It’s recommended to sell it
