Which fellow in this community has a device for screening vanadium catalysts, specifically for separating refractory ceramic balls from the catalysts, as well as separating the catalysts from broken catalyst particles? I’m looking for some information on this. Thank you in advance, fellow members

There are many companies in the industry that offer catalytic screening services, and the costs are not high.

There are quite a few companies in the sulfuric acid industry that offer catalyst screening services; I would estimate around 5 such companies.
Are there any drawings for screening machines? The amount to be screened is small, and I plan to carry out the screening myself
I don’t recommend trying to do it by yourself. Some manufacturers handle it themselves, but this results in extremely high screening losses. It’s best to first find a screening service provider to help with the screening, and think things through carefully.
