The key question is what role your fan plays in the process: is it to control the inlet flow or the outlet pressure? If it’s about strength, adjustments should be made at the inlet; as for pressure, it’s relatively more complicated. It is best to adjust it within the parameters specified in the design. Energy conservation is necessary, but it must not exceed the capabilities of the equipment. Otherwise, it is not advisable to do so at the cost of damaging the equipment.
It is related to both the fan’s pressure increase and flow rate
It could be that the conversion absorption or the tail suction is blocked! Exceeds fan head pressure
It’s possible that subsequent conversion and absorption, or backflow blockage, has occurred. Causes an increase in positive pressure
This indicates that the dry suction resistance has increased, the air volume has decreased, the negative pressure has reduced, and the current has decreased
It is estimated that the resistance of positive-pressure systems such as conversion and dry suction has increased, resulting in a decrease in air volume, a reduction in negative pressure, and a decrease in current! Carefully check the pressure system equipment for pressure drop.
