Dilute sulfuric acid concentration detection instrument
Thread Content
Dear experts, I’m currently looking for instruments or devices that can directly measure and display the concentration of dilute sulfuric acid (solutions with concentrations ranging from 0 to 100 g/L). Ideally, they should be portable, allowing one person to carry them around and conduct measurements at different locations. Do you have any good recommendations? Thank you!1. Measurement range
a) Concentration
Measurement media: Hydrochloric acid, Sulfuric acid, Nitric acid, Sodium hydroxide, Salt water
Concentration range (%): 0–5, 0–10, 25–40, 0–5, 0–25, 35–80, 94–99.5, 0–25, 35–50, 0–5, 0–10, 25–40, 0–4, 27–30
Note: This list is not exhaustive; for other media, drawing of conductivity curves can be provided to users at an additional charge. b) Conductivity: 0~50(mS/cm) ; 0–200 (mS/cm) ; 0–500 ; 0~1000(mS/cm) ; c) Temperature: 0~150℃ ; Instrument accuracy: Class 1.0 ; Temperature compensation range: 0~150℃ ; Temperature coefficient compensation range: 30 steps (0~9.99)%/℃ (adjustable) ; Concentration linearization: 30 segments ; Maximum operating temperature of the measurement probe: 150℃ ; Maximum operating pressure of the measuring probe: 10 MPa ; The measurement probe is made of polymer material, which offers good corrosion resistance and is suitable for all acids, bases, and salts ; V. Operating Conditions of the Instrument Ambient temperature: 0~50℃ Relative humidity: ≤90% Power supply: DC24V ; Load capacity: 0–500Ω. Protection rating: IP68. Output: 2 channels of 4–20mA; concentration, conductivity, and temperature can be selected as needed, to supply measurement, indication, and process control for indicators, recorders, regulators, PLCs, DCS systems, etc.
