Factors affecting acid condensation at the steam injection bottom of waste heat recovery units

The steam jet in our plant’s waste heat recovery system is currently releasing more condensed acid than before; let’s analyze this together. (It has been checked that the steam required for the steam jet is dry, the amount of steam used is normal, and there is no condensed acid in the flue gas exiting the economizer, with the temperature also within the specified range.)
1. Is the amount of steam injected too large?； 2. Is the temperature of the gas entering the HRS tower on the low side? ； 3. Is there a problem with the insulation of the steam injection chamber?
