The roof of the 2000m3 nicotinic acid tank has collapsed and needs to be repaired. The construction team says that scaffolding must be set up inside the tank to carry out the repairs, which requires emptying the tank first. Could anyone please advise on how to empty a nicotinic acid tank?

Cleaning the jar is really troublesome. If external force can be used to lift the tank top, position it, and then reinforce it, it is relatively straightforward.
