In the combustion section for acidic gases, peroxide combustion must be used to ensure that the furnace is in an oxidizing atmosphere. Generally, it controls the combustion chemical equivalent to more than twice its value. 2. In the process gas purification section, there is usually no problem if acidic gases are burned, but when dealing with substances such as alkylated waste acids, it is necessary to ensure that the dust removal facilities (such as electrostatic precipitators) are effective; otherwise, the pressure drop in the subsequent SCR system will increase rapidly, resulting in a shorter operating cycle. 3. The sulfur dioxide oxidation combined reactor section. It is necessary to control the heat uptake of medium-pressure steam, and keep the reaction temperature at the inlet of each section at an appropriate level; generally, 400 is a good value. 4. Sulfuric acid vapor condensation section. At the beginning of operation, it is necessary to purge the upstream air ducts to prevent foreign objects from damaging the glass tubes, as well as to control the heating rate carefully (5°C/h before reaching 120°C in winter) to avoid breakage of the glass tubes. During operation, the pressure on the cold air side should be kept higher than that of the process system to prevent sulfuric acid from leaking out of the condenser and causing corrosion due to the air’s dew point. Additionally, it is important to control the temperature of the process gas after it has condensed. 5. The cooling cycle for the condensed sulfuric acid must function properly; otherwise, the hot sulfuric acid resulting from condensation can cause severe corrosion to the pipes and sulfuric acid storage tanks. This is also one of the important chains. 6. In the exhaust gas treatment stage, different treatment methods are used depending on the specific process. The hydrogen peroxide absorption method requires special attention to the corrosion issue caused by dilute sulfuric acid (25%-30%), as well as the corrosion problems associated with the acid spraying guns in incinerators. The subtraction absorption method consumes more alkali, which is not economical, but it causes less corrosion and has only a minor impact on subsequent wastewater treatment plants. 7. For the SCR section, attention should be paid to the amount of ammonia supplied; too high a amount can result in insufficient ammonia escape, leading to unqualified nitrogen oxide levels in the exhaust gases. Especially when using aminoacid-containing gases, it is important to make timely adjustments. When putting it into use, be sure to first ensure that the hot air volume is sufficient, and then add ammonia in small amounts; otherwise, local flash explosions may occur. Wait. . . . .
