How to export 98 sulfuric acid

The workshop is shut down. There are 4 vertical 98% sulfuric acid tanks, with about 2 tons of acid remaining in each tank. The height of each tank is over 5 meters, and there is a DN50 flange on the top of each tank. There is also a DN40 drain valve at the bottom of each tank; however, over time, these drain valves have become clogged. Is there any way to get the acid out of these tanks? How should the tank be disposed of harmlessly after the contents are poured out, and is it scrapped?

Can a diaphragm pump achieve such a high suction lift?
